How many days do I have to make my return/exchange?
We offer a 60-Day return policy. If you are unsatisfied with your product and would like to return/exchange it, we will gladly accept your return and give a full refund of the price at purchase, minus the cost of return shipping. Returns must be in brand new condition with original tags and packaging intact.
Can I return/exchange a product after the 60-Day period? Returns may be made after the 60-Day period for brand new merchandise, but are subject to a 20% of total cost re-stocking fee. Exchanges may be made up 1 year after purchase date in brand new condition.
Who pays for my return/exchange shipping costs? The customer will pay return shipping costs with the exception of: - Faulty products* - A mistake on our behalf* - Exchanges* *Excludes all international shipping
I received a free gift with my purchase (i.e. Free Footprint, 700ml Fuel Bottle, etc.) do I have to return that too? Yes. In order to receive your full refund you must return ALL products associated with the specific product being returned/exchanged.
How do I go about making my return/exchange? Please contact Customer Service in order to receive a Return Authorization number as well as the appropriate address information to return the item. Please DO NOT just mail it back to us without first contacting Customer Service. Otherwise, your return runs the risk of being mis-routed which can result in delays in exchanges or refunds.

From time to time we receive used equipment that is available for sale. Unlike the many other items we sell, all used equipment sales are FINAL. While we try to ensure the equipment is in good or excellent condition, we cannot vouch for the its actual condition and therefore cannot apply our Worry Free Guarantee to any pre-owned equipment.
Most in-stock parts orders are shipped within 24 Hours Monday through Friday. There is no shipping on Saturday or Sunday. Free Shipping includes all orders shipped via Ground service and may take 7-10 business days to receive. If 3 Day, Express or International service is requested, additional shipping charges will apply. Cargo Boxes, Kayaks and products over 35lbs are not eligible for Free Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or any other location outside of the Continental United States. Additionally, due to the size and weight of these products, express shipping such as USPS Priority, 2nd Day Air or Overnight are also not available. We DO NOT ship Cargo Boxes, Yakima or Cascade Designs products (MSR, ThermaRest, or Sealine)Internationally (including Canada).

Due to the many types of products we carry we will occasionally be out of stock on an item that you would like. We will notify you immediately if we are aware that an item must be back ordered. Back orders will be processed immediately upon receipt of additional stock in the order that they are received.
